NOTE:

ABOVE RATES ARE NETT.
SEATS & ROOMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
MAY BE APPLICABLE DUE TO PEAK SEASON.
SERVICE TAX Extra @ 4.50% on total bill
NEED NAMES AS PER PASSPORT FOR THE BLOCKING OF SEATS.
NEED ADVANCE OF AIRTICKET AMOUNT + RS.15,000/- PER PERSON FOR THE FURTHER PROCESSING.
All above quoted rates are subject to availability and can change without any prior notice.

Does not include:

Lunches & Dinners until and unless mentioned.
Peak Season Surcharge – If applicable.
Any items of personal nature like telephone, beverages, laundry etc. which are not mentioned above are not included in the services.
Any other services that is not shown in the inclusion above.
Visa fee if it is not mention in inclusion.

Cancel Policy

Before 30 Days 25% of total cost.
30- 16 days: 50% of the total cost.
15 – 8 days: 75% of the total cost.
7 – 0 days: 100% cancellation will apply.
Visa Fee & Service charges are non refundable.
No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
Overseas Insurance Policy after issuance is non refundable.
The above policy will change incase of Hong Kong , Genting Highlands, Maldives, Dubai, Singapore, Thailand and some other destinations and if nonrefundable tickets where 100% cancellation shall be applicable after confirmation.
In case of Visa rejection same cancellation policy apply.

PAYMENTS:

All payments will be accepted by Payee Account Cheques/ Pay Orders/ D.D only. Only under special circumstances Cash will be accepted & that too only in the office against official receipt. Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our office for encashment since no documents would be delivered till the cheques are en-cashed. This would save you from inconvenience of making payments by Pay Order/ D.D. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs 500/-.

Disclaimer

CHECK-IN- Minimum check-in for domestic flights is 90 minutes and for international flights, 2 hours. You have to present a Government issued photo ID at Ticket Counter.
Reconfirm the use and time of flights at least 24 hours for domestic and 72 hours for international. Failure to use any reservations may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations.
A change in carrier(s) flight(s), time(s) or routing(s) could result in a carrier demanding a full fare. Obtain agency or airline assistance before making changes.
If your plans change enroute, contact the travel agency or call the after-hours service for assistance. It is not necessary to purchase a new ticket if a refund is due. Please cancel your reservation prior to flight time or ticket will have no value.
Hotels are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans, please notify your hotel(s) within the time period specified by that hotel.
Tour/ Package prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes or increase in operational costs.
We reserve the right to charge processing fees in the event of refunds, cancellations and other services.
We Strongly recommend travel insurance. There are different types of medical, baggage or trip cancellations insurance from the supplier or the agencies.
NOTE: Insurance coverage may not cover pre-existing conditions and may have other restrictions and exclusions. Consult the insurance carriers direct for details. Trip insurance or waivers provided by the supplier may not offer insolvency coverage.

Terms & Conditions

The above offer is subject to RBI/GOI Regulations and Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).
Final ROE (As per xe.com + 1.00 INR )will be calculated at the time of final payment .
The above offer is subject to change without prior notice & Subject to confirmation.
Any Hike in hotel rates, Airfare, Airport Tax or Fuel will attract a Surcharge to be paid prior the departure date.
Once Hotel Booking is reconfirmed there is no refund / Cancellation.
PACKAGE PAYMENT MODE ONLY BY Cash or Draft (NO Cheques).
No Change / No refund in package if flight delays due to any reason.
The above airfare is valid for a minimum of two people traveling together.
We advise to check your hotel by yourself on website or any other way as we don’t have any control and liabilty about hotel facilites and services
Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 12noon. Early check-in/ late check out are subject to availability.
The pax to verify the time from the Hotel or Guide as regards meal/sightseeing timing & strictly adhere to same to avoid the privilege.
The pax to report to lobby for transfer, city tour strictly at the designated time. In case of delay, the same will be missed and we shall bear no responsible to the same and no refund on account the same will be entertained.

If visa done through us then you will have to provide all necessary document and it is embassy decision to approve your visa and in case of visa rejection our company has no responsibility and cancellation charges will apply.
In case of any Flight Cancellation Before Departure/After Departure same Cancellation policy apply for Hotel and Land Part and Refund of Flight Part will depend upon receipt of refund from Airline & Sai Worldwide Travel Services does not have and liability for Same.
